Scope, conflicts and personal trading, stated plainly
- Boundaries
- Forecasting and decision support only. Clients make and execute all decisions. No discretion over, custody of, or trading of client capital. Bo Yoder is not registered as an investment adviser or commodity trading advisor.
- Conflicts
- Bo personally trades intraday S&P 500 and Nasdaq futures, so client work excludes those markets in those fast-moving intraday timeframes. Longer-term views on the indexes remain in scope.
- Personal trading
- Bo takes no position of his own on any forecast prepared for a client until that client confirms its full position is filled.
